Prayer
GBC considers prayer as being vitally important to the life of the church.
We have a loving God who can achieve what others may see as impossible, one who listens to, and answers, our prayers.
We believe in the power of prayer to speak into people's lives and change situations.
We encourage members to develop their own prayer life, and include open prayer in many of our services.
We also have a place for prayer every Sunday, after the main church service has finished, for people to receive individual prayer. This is non-judgemental, and totally confidential (subject to the requirements of our Safeguarding policy).
On the first Saturday of every month, GBC meets for corporate prayer, where we pray for situations in the world, the local neighbourhood, and for individual needs. This is led by someone different each month.
