About GBC

sunday worship services   We are … a Baptist Church who worship God in a joyful way and are  committed to Bible-based teaching. We are a friendly, open and welcoming church and embrace  all who join us in worship. We make positive links with our local community in order to demonstrate to others the love of God in practical ways. We are commited to living for Jesus, to reaching out to people, to helping people deepen their relationship with God, and also with one another. We place emphasis on both the Word of God and dependency on the Holy Spirit,  to bring Glory and honour to Christ, our Saviour and Lord

Who Does What? Many of our members are involved in the ministry of the church. For more details, meet the team

Sunday Worship 10.30am

Worship and teaching for adults and children. We celebrate Communion on the third Sunday of the month.

Our building has full access for wheelchairs, and toilet facilities for the disabled.

Where do we meet? We are very near the centre of Gorleston, a couple of hundred yards along Lowestoft Road from the traffic lights in the centre of town. There is a pub opposite called the Tramway, and the Library is also close by. The town, Gorleston, is a seaside town on the east coast of Norfolk, England. The town is part of the Borough of Great Yarmouth, separated from Yarmouth itself by the river Yare as it flows into the sea.
